In Part 3 of my Conscious Creator retreat interview series, I'm joined by three of my amazing retreat attendees: Kendra Zager, Andrew Swaisgood, and Ike Udeh.
Filmed on Days 6 and 7 of the retreat, these interviews capture all the behind the scenes moments of our wild journey together.
We dive into their most amazing and most challenging experiences at the retreat, manifestation, the powerful ceremonies and plant medicine experiences we shared, and their breakthrough moments.
The creator retreat is my only mixed-gender retreat, and in this episode we also explore the importance of balancing masculine and feminine energies, and how men and women can learn from each other and heal together.
Meet my Guests:
- Kendra Zager is an artist and psychic medium who specializes in past-life regressions and channeling.
 
- Andrew Swais is a content creator and author. During the retreat, he was working on his book Energetic Signature, which has since been published! His TikTok also got banned, so make sure to check out his new account.
 
- Ike Udeh is a multi-talented creator, musician, and tour manager. He's passionate about video production, music, and martial arts.

In Part 2 of my Conscious Creator retreat interview series, I'm joined by two of my incredible retreat attendees: Auntie Bree and Brittany Bento. We dive into their experiences at the retreat so far, breakthrough moments, and what really goes on behind the scenes at my creator retreats.
Auntie Bree is a past life regression hypnotherapist specializing in channeling past lives, ancestral healing, and inner-child work. She's also a tarot reader and professional Reiki healer.
Brittany Bento is a medium, channel, and martial artist. She offers professional readings and has a deep passion for all things spiritual.
One unique aspect of my retreats is that we give creators the opportunity to lead workshops. In this episode, Micaela Mariner joins us to share about the beautiful “Receiving Love” workshop she facilitated. Micaela is a hypnotherapist, spiritual mentor, and an absolute gem of a human.
I also bring on one of my incredible facilitators, Tito (Tribu), to talk about ecstatic dance and the powerful ceremonies he creates for my retreats. Tito is a gifted musician, DJ, and space-holder from Costa Rica, and it's always an honor to have him as part of my retreat team.

Hi fam <3 Welcome to my Conscious Creator Retreat interview series!
Once a year my BFF Latha Jay and I host an invite-only retreat for creators, coaches, artists, and entrepreneurs. At our 2024 retreat, I interviewed all of our attendees over our 8 days together in the jungle.
This series is for you if you're curious to meet incredible conscious creators and want the behind-the-scenes tea on what really goes down at my retreats.
In Part 1 I’m joined by Latha and two of our amazing attendees and soul sisters: Olanikee Osibowale and Gigi Iglus.
- Olanikee is a full-time Godde$$, entrepreneur, and the founder of Evolving Butterfly and her Selfish Babe brand and podcast. She’s all about living life, connecting with her ancestors, and empowering women through personal development.
- Gigi is a spiritual mentor, channel, and self-love coach helping people reconnect with their true, authentic selves.
At this point in the retreat we'd already experienced a heart-opening cacao ceremony, a powerful rage ceremony with the Bri Bri tribe, a big plant medicine journey, creator-led workshops, jungle adventures, and stayed up wayyyy too late having heart to hearts and talking to aliens (lol).

Behind the scenes at EVOLVE: A day by day retreat recap with Madi Maple

Hi guys! I'm back with another collab episode with Madi Maple. Get ready to hear allllll the tea from our recent EVOLVE retreat in Costa Rica. 
If you've followed me for a while you'll know that when I'm not talking about psychedelics on the internet, I'm hosting spiritual retreats for women called EVOLVE, and retreats for creators/entrepreneurs called the Conscious Creator retreat. 
Madi and I created our EVOLVE retreats for spiritual festival girlies. They're a mix of deep healing, ceremony, and wellness, with a fun, festival vibe.
Yes, we created the exact retreat we'd want to attend.
And yes, it is PERFECT, and magical, and amazing, and life changing, and SO FREAKING FUN. Our EVOLVE community is the best community in the world.

The Burning Man 2024 tea you've all been waiting for. Ur welcome.  
In this Breaking Butterfly x Vibing Higher collab episode, Madi and I share all the behind the scenes stories from this year's burn, plus some stories (mainly dumb things we've done) from burns we've attended in the past.
Prepare to hear about the miles we biked while tripping, the new friends we made, the boy I kissed who brought me to Maui, and all the other shenanigans we got up to. 
Also, as I've learned through my "controversial" Burning Man tiktoks (lmao) Burning Man is incredibly misunderstood online. You've probably heard a lot of crazy stories about Burning Man, some true and some absolutely not.
In this episode we also answer some of your burning questions, including: is Burning Man just one big orgy?? How do you dance in those demonias? Can we join your theme camp? and more. 
At the end of the day, to truly understand Burning Man and what it is... you need to go experience it yourself. I always like to say that Burning Man, much like ayahuasca, is like being in a different dimension while you're in the real world. 
If you've been on the fence about going to Burning Man, please take this as a sign that you should 100000% make it your mission to go one day.

Psychedelic story times, Envision festival recap, and all things MUSIC (feat. Noah Lastella)

Noah is a content creator and a producer/DJ who I became good friends with through tiktok and our shared love of music, festivals, and psychedelics. 
In the first half of this episode (00:00 - 40:20) we drop all the Envision Music Festival tea: the highs, the lows, all the psychedelic experiences we had (Noah accidentally ate 10g of shrooms once night…), why you’ve just got to embrace a K hole, the best and worst sets (I have trauma from funky Friday and polish ambassador lol), and what we think about $25 jungle fried rice. 
In the second half of the episode (40:20 +) we discuss how Noah got into the EDM/festival scene and his musical journey that has taken him from festival attendee to producer/DJ. His music project is Noamadic and he’s working on his ep, Platonic. LSDream of all people helped Noah manifest Noamadic so you KNOW this project was written in the stars. 
We also discuss sound frequencies in popular music and how sound frequencies can either lower your vibration or raise your vibration (think SVDDEN DEATH vs an LSDREAM light code sound healing set), weird rituals and energy harvesting at festivals, and is Taylor Swift a good witch or a bad witch (cause she’s witchy FOR SURE). 
Oh yeah, we also share a couple of the biggest psychedelic trips/breakthroughs of our life ft. liquid gold at Odesza and telepathy at Burning Man.
